The Original Looping Cutter deluxe cutter solves many of the problems of existing rug hooking cutters. The adjustable base fits on tables up to 3" width. The wide plate makes it easy to run fabric through the cutter without twisting or bunching. The extra large handle makes it easy and smooth to cut large quantities of wool.
The Deluxe Model works out of the box for one size of cut.
